Instrument Feature 

1. Designed with lithium batteries power supply, it can realize to work in field and high-altitude. 

    And it also can be carried to any job site which has solved the drawback that the traditional

   magnetic particle detector can’t work without 220V power supply for years. With lower power 

   design, one time charging can work continuously more than four hours.

2. This instrument adopts a new power supply mode. The DC getting from the rechargeable 

    battery through the inverter and signal phase processing, it provides magnetization power 

    supply for magnetic particle testing and make the magnetic particle detector have DC testing

    permeability and AC testing pulsing which make the magnetic flaw detecting has improved in

    the detection of defects depth as well as the surface testing sensitivity. So this product not 

    only has high sensitivity for surface testing but also has high sensitivity for under surface 

    testing. 

3. This instrument has all the advantages of the traditional 'magnetic particle detector and detect

    the near-surface defects fast clearly and accurately. 

4. The instrument is small, lightweight and easy to carry. Equipped with the instrument package in

    the configuration, the operator cross it in the waist, it can realize the detection by single which

    reduce the manpower, material resources. Also it reduces the labor intensity of testing 

    personnel on great degree and keeps the work site environment easy. It is truly portable

6. The electromagnetic yoke adopt pulsing power supply technology. It can work continuously and
